What are the benefits from experiencing life coaching and Sophrology ?
In this article, I will share a few of the key benefits that ignited the spark of my new life. My experience will give you a real perspective on how life coaching and Sophrology helped me. Simply put—I felt reborn. These practices helped me transform from the inside out.

Life coaching and Sophrology help me to cultivate a growth mindset. Instead of racing against others as a woman I learn to race again myself. This new perception decreased my feeling of failing. Instead of comparing myself constantly to others, I feel happy about progressing on my own path. The sense of happiness rose up as soon as my perception of focusing on my own progress became clearer.
The combination of learning to step back, get a neutral eye and strengthening the capacity to look deeply of what was happening in MY body and mind, help me to stop racing against others. With life coaching and Sophrology I learned to just look at my own curve of evolution and enjoyed every step taken toward our own purpose in life.

With Life Coach and Sophrology, I build up back my confidence and reduce self-doubt about my capacities to embrace new challenges positively. By increasing my internal strength mechanism, I was able to take constructive decisions and act positively to realise my projects.
Sophrology uses past and future-oriented exercises that focus solely on a constructive and positive reality. The memories of those activations are filter through the powerful tool that I naturally have and forgotten, the 5 senses.
By repetition of the practice, I was able to embody positive feelings, emotions and sensations. I felt I was more able to cope with any challenges that life will inevitably throw on my path.

Life Coaching and Sophrology techniques gave me the opportunity to rebalance the intensity of my negative emotions by focusing my attention on the positive side of life. Seeing life through a new lens helped me adjust my emotional state faster and with greater ease. The effect was immense: instead of living in a black-and-white perception of life, I now experience a more vital and colourful reality.
Tune into vivid, positive memories.
By being more present with my body and mind, I learned to observe the sensations and feelings that good memories could bring to different parts of my body. Then, I practiced exercises for both small and significant future events, training myself to focus on putting a positive lens on my experiences before they occurred.
Today, I feel as though I have a treasure chest of positive memories in my body and mind. I can access this treasure when I need it most, and it shines through me, making me feel fully alive. I am more confident that life is a vibrant process of growth, even when faced with challenges. I feel anchored in my reality and the environment in which I am evolving.
